Due to increased metabolism, vibration training is the ideal starting point and enhancer to speed weight loss. It is also highly crucial to combine the training with a healthy, balanced eating plan to achieve maximum results. As a base for weight management Healthy Vibes promotes a balanced food intake derived from the "Zone Diet", consisting of meals in a “zone friendly” combination. No “diet products” are used but clients are educated about adjusting their eating habits to combat insulin resistance and weight gain.

Healthy Vibes also promote sufficient water intake to keep tissues hydrated and detoxed. A minimum of 2 liters per day is recommended.

By combining high fiber and low GI carbohydrates with sufficient protein to sustain muscle tissue and unsaturated oils and fats to provide essential fatty acids we promote weight loss and health gain. - NO DIETS -
